 APPLICATION PROCESS
Vacancies
at Viking Park Apartments occur periodically. If you are interested in
a future vacancy, please call the office between 10 am and 5 pm Monday
through Friday at (925) 825-9535 to ask questions, schedule a visit,
and complete a rental application.
After office hours, applications are
available outside the office door (Apartment #103). Completed
applications may be placed in the slot on the door. You may also download an application (.pdf application) from our website at www.vikingparkapartments.com and
return it to: Manager, Viking Park Apartments, 2087 Norse Drive,
Pleasant Hill, CA 94523.
Please include a non-refundable screening fee
of $35 with your completed application. If you qualify and if there is
an apartment available, we will be in touch with you.
