Vacancies
at Viking Park Apartments occur periodically. If you are interested in
a future vacancy, please call or visit the office between 10 am and 5 pm everyday except Sunday and Wednesday at 925.825.9535 to ask questions, schedule a visit,
and complete a rental application.
You may also download a rental application and either place it in the slot on the office door, e-mail or fax it to us.
Please include a non-refundable screening fee
of $15 with your completed application. If you qualify and if there is
an apartment available, we will be in touch with you.
